ZAGREB, March 31 (Hina) - Croatia has already started increasing its defence budget, which in 2017 has been increased by 9% compared to 2016, in line with the agreement adopted at the NATO summit in 2014, when it was agreed that all allies should raise their defence allocations to at least 2% of GDP, Croatian Foreign Minister Davor Ivo Stier said in Brussels on Friday.
