ZAGREB, March 24 (Hina) - The Osijek County Court found a former army commander, General Mladen Kruljac, and four other indictees in a case dubbed the Sibinj Scandal, guilty of embezzling millions of kuna from the state budget and the Sibinj municipal budget at a retrial on Friday, while entrepreneur Ivan Rimac was acquitted. The verdict can be appealed.
