ZAGREB, March 21 (Hina) - The defence team for Bruno Stojic called on the Appeals Chamber of the International Criminal Tribunal for the former Yugoslavia (ICTY) on Tuesday to find that the judgement in the case "Prlic and others" had erroneously established the existence of a joint criminal enterprise, noting that it was a doctrine international courts were starting to dismiss.
