ZAGREB, March 12 - The fifteenth edition of the Tabor Film Festival, an international festival of short film, will be held in Veliki Tabor Castle near Desinic on July 6-9, organisers announced at a press conference earlier this week.
Over 1,000 films from about 80 countries have been entered for competition in the animated, documentary, feature and experimental film sections. Several retrospectives and a children's programme will also be screened.
The festival will be accompanied by a music programme, which will include Croatian acts Urban & 4, Antenat and J.R. August, as well as the Amsterdam band My Baby.
Also planned are lectures, book launches and workshops.
Veliki Tabor is located 70 kilometres northwest of Zagreb.
