ZAGREB, Feb 16 (Hina) - The Minister of Maritime Affairs, Transport and Infrastructure, Oleg Butkovic, said on Thursday that a new bill on the maritime domain and seaports was being drafted and that it could be passed by the parliament by the end of the year, stressing that the bill did not envisage the possibility for investors to register ownership of the maritime domain.
