ZAGREB, Dec 13 (Hina) - Serbia will open two chapters in EU accession negotiations on Tuesday, and Croatia is among the countries that have not yet lifted their reservations about the opening of Chapter 26, Croatian Foreign Minister Davor Ivo Stier said in Brussels on Tuesday.
