ZAGREB, Dec 12 (Hina) - Croatian Foreign and European Affairs Minister Davor Ivo Stier said on Monday he expected inter-governmental conferences on the accession of Serbia and Montenegro to the European Union to be successful, underlining that on its path to the bloc Belgrade must meet a number of criteria, including the protection of ethnic minorities.
