ZAGREB, Dec 8 (Hina) - The Chamber of Commerce (HGK) said on Thursday that the proposed 2017 budget is a positive step in the fiscal policy as it systematically approaches tax reliefs for businesses and citizens and that, if backed up by other measures to relieve administrative red tape, it will facilitate economic growth.
