ZAGREB, Dec 8 (Hina) - The Croatian Employers' Association (HUP) has said that the draft 2017 budget, which the government sent to parliament on Thursday, is ambitious, but that tax reform alone is not sufficient and that other reforms must be launched so as to reduce macroeconomic imbalances.
