ZAGREB, Dec 1 (Hina) - The Croatian Pensioners Union (SUH) on Thursday put forward draft amendments to the Contributions Act under which the tax rate for pensioners with a second income would amount to half the full tax rate on the second income of 24% and under which the institute of additional health insurance contribution rates for pensioners of 1% and 3% would be abolished.
