ZAGREB, Nov 23 (Hina) - If the planned tax reform increases the tax burden on publishers in the form of higher contributions on author's fees, it would have a disastrous impact on the entire publishing sector without resulting in any significant increase of budget revenues, it was said at a news conference in Zagreb on Wednesday.
