ZAGREB, August 3 (Hina) - Croatia's public debt at the end of April 2016 went down to HRK 285.1 billion, recording a decrease both on the month and on the year, Raiffeisen Bank Austria (RBA) said in its analysis on Wednesday.
The public debt was down HRK 2.9 billion on the month (-1%), which makes April the third consecutive month to record a decrease.
"With a lower level of HRK 5.3 billion, the annual decrease rate of the public debt in April accelerated to 1.8%," RBA said in its report commenting on figures released by the Croatian National Bank (HNB).
