ZAGREB, Jan 24 (Hina) - The new Finance Minister Zdravko Maric said on Sunday that his ministry would draw up guidelines of the economic and financial policy in the next three weeks as a framework for the elaboration of a state budget, announcing that the 2016 draft budget, which he would like to send to parliament before the end of March, will be nominally reduced in its revenues side.
