ZAGREB, Jan 19 (Hina) - To ensure access to financing is a demanding task for fledgling businesses and therefore they ask assistance in this field as well as in training and education, said the head of the Croatian Agency for SMEs, Innovations and Investments (HAMAG-BICRO), Darko Liovic at a Small&Medium Business Forum organised by the Poslovni Dnevnik newspaper in Zagreb on Tuesday.
