The film is a story of Ragdha Hassan, a Syrian leftist activist against the Assad regime and Palestinian activist Amer Douad, who flee their country.
The festival will be taking place in Zagreb's Europa cinema on December 7-13 and in Rijeka's Croatia art cinema on December 10-13.
In its main programme, the event includes a number of recent feature films and documentaries dealing with the topic of refugee crisis.
The Human Rights Film Festival was launched in 2002 with the mission to make topics on human rights more visible through film and to promote openness, multiculturalism, tolerance and freedom of choice.
Admission to all screenings is free.
