ZAGREB, Nov 8 (Hina) - The civil society group "Welcome" warned on Sunday that the EU's security-oriented approach to the problem of refugees and large-scale migrations causes unjustified and counterproductive criminalisation of migrations, thus contributing to increased risks of travel and strengthening smuggling networks, and it called for greater political and social responsibility in finding solutions to such challenges.
