Croatia 3rd in terms of service quality

ZAGREB, Oct 4 (Hina) - Croatia ranks third out of six countries in the region in terms of the quality of service, according to findings of a survey conducted by the Heraklea agency specialised in mystery shopping.
Slovenia tops the ranking, according to the survey was conducted in June and July by mystery shoppers in 800 providers of services, such as car dealerships, gas stations, banks, supermarkets, retail shops, telecom shops, cafes, restaurants, etc.

Slovenia made the best scores in the category of offering additional products and in the category of thanking customers for their visit. 

Serbia ranks second at the overall rankings and made the best performance in the category of how to welcome customers, in the category of recognising customers' wishes and needs and when it comes to knowledge of products.

At the overall ranking, the three countries below Croatia are Macedonia (4th), Bosnia and Herzegovina (5th) and Montenegro at the bottom.
