ZAGREB, Aug 18
(Hina) - The Serb Ethnic Minority Council of Vukovar
will most probably on Wednesday submit a complaint to the Public
Administration Ministry regarding the latest amendments to the Vukovar
City Council, a former president of the Council and now its member,
Djordje Macut, confirmed to Hina on Tuesday.
