ZAGREB, July 27
(Hina) - Social Democratic Party MP Ingrid Anticevic
Marinovic on Monday commented on the Constitutional Court's decision
to overturn the verdict against Sanader in the Hypo Bank and INA-MOL
trials stating that it was obvious that in this case the
Constitutional Court considers that all guarantees and rights that an
accused should have in a criminal proceedings were not respected,
however, as the Constitutional Court stressed in its decision, not to
cause any confusion, only a criminal court can decide on someone's
guilt for crimes committed.
