ZAGREB, July 27
(Hina) - After the Constitutional Court on Monday
quashed the final verdict against former prime minister Ivo Sanader
for war profiteering in the Hypo Bank case and for taking a bribe from
the Hungarian oil group MOL, Sanader's attorney Jadranka Slokovic said
the Constitutional Court had confirmed that the defence had been
right.
