This will be the Irish-American band's sixth concert in front of a Croatian audience.
Flogging Molly was founded in 1997 in Los Angeles and got its name after the Molly Malone pub where they held they first performances. The band combines traditional Irish instruments with classic rock instruments.
Their album "Swagger" (2000) sold in more than 50,000 copies.
The band is known for their albums "Drunken Lullabies", carrying singles like "Rebels of the Sacred Heart" and "The Son Never Shines (on Closed Doors)." Their "Float" album was their most successful release.
The band's specialty lies in lyrics dedicated to the ordinary working man.
Other concerts during the festival, August 4 - 6, will be held in the TEF dock in Šibenik, by the seaside with performances by Einstuerzende Neubauten, King Khan And The Shrines, Rosetta of Montreal, Ought, Vlasta Popić, Sun Kil Moon, VVhile, Nikky Louder and others.
