Croatia has arranged a working breakfast for "Friends of Bosnia and Herzegovina", which will take place before the Council meeting and will involve 20 EU foreign ministers and Bosnia and Herzegovina's Presidency chairman and foreign minister.
Pusic said during a visit to Sarajevo on Wednesday that such a great ministerial response showed that a success of Bosnia and Herzegovina was possible and that this was an important message on which further steps by Bosnia and Herzegovina should be built.
The EU Foreign Affairs Council will discuss relations with Latin America and the Caribbean as part of preparations for a summit of the European Union and the Community of Latin American and Caribbean States (CELAC), due to take place in Brussels in June.
High Representative for Foreign Affairs and Security Federica Mogherini will report on the review of the European Security Strategy, and the ministers will also discuss the latest developments in Libya and Yemen.
After the meeting, the ministers will meet their counterparts from Eastern Partnership countries to discuss preparations for a summit that will take place in Riga in May.
Pusic will also attend a meeting of the General Affairs Council which will take place in Luxembourg on Tuesday. The meeting will focus on priorities in the Commission's proposal for an interinstitutional agreement on better lawmaking, and one of the topics discussed will be unfreezing of the Stabilisation and Association Agreement with Bosnia and Herzegovina.
The General Affairs Council will mark the tenth anniversary since Bulgaria and Romania signed their respective agreements on accession to the EU.
