ZAGREB, April 9
(Hina) - The government gave a negative opinion on
Thursday on a motion by 54 members of parliament, mainly from the
Opposition, to obligate the government to propose to parliament a
constitutional law that would cover all rights of war veterans and
members of their families and to amend all other laws regulating those
rights and entitlements.
