(Hina) - Extensive reforms over the next
three years will consolidate the social welfare system by setting up a
single contact centre where beneficiaries would be required to submit
applications and where these would be approved for various allowances,
which will reduce costs and save time, Minister of Social Policy and
Youth Milanka Opacic said presenting the reform package on Monday.
