ZAGREB, March 2
(Hina) - The Munich-based IFO Institute's President
Hans-Werner Sinn, said at a conference "Croatia in the EU -
development policies 2015 - 2020" organised by the Croatian Democratic
Union (HDZ) on Monday that the structural reforms that this Institute
for Economic Research has recommended for Croatia had been implemented
by former German Chancellor Gerhard Schroeder and moved Germany from
the position of a country with the lowest growth rate in Europe, but
that it took five years to see any results.
