ZAGREB, Feb 6
(Hina) - The Zagreb County Court on Friday dismissed a
prosecution motion to place former Osijek mayor Branimir Glavas in
investigative custody, saying that there was no risk of flight and no
possibility for obligatory custody which is ordered for non-final
sentences exceeding five years.
