MOSTAR, Jan 20
(Hina) - Branimir Glavas, who holds both Croatian and
Bosnian citizenship, was released from the Mostar prison on Tuesday
afternoon where he was serving an eight-year sentence for war crimes
in Osijek, after the Croatian Constitutional Court recently revoked
the finality of the judgment and ordered the Supreme Court to repeat
the proceedings in this case.
