ZAGREB, Jan 20
(Hina) - The Justice Ministry of Bosnia and
Herzegovina has decided to rescind a verdict against Branimir Glavas,
who holds both Croatian and Bosnian citizenship, and the State Court
of Bosnia and Herzegovina has in the meantime forwarded a decision on
Glavas's release to the prison in Mostar after the Croatian
Constitutional Court recently quashed the final judgement made by the
Supreme Court in Zagreb that sentenced this politician from Osijek to
eight years for war crimes in that eastern Croatian city.
