SARAJEVO, Jan 15
(Hina) - The Justice Ministry of Bosnia and
Herzegovina (BiH) has received a notice from the Croatian
Constitutional Court that it had quashed the war crimes judgement
against Branimir Glavas, however, the Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina
has not yet received the Constitutional Court's judgement so it cannot
yet decide on releasing Glavas, Hina was told in Sarajevo on
Thursday.
