ZAGREB, Jan 12
(Hina) - The Constitutional Court on Monday quashed
the eight year prison sentence against Branimir Glavas for war crimes
committed against Serb civilians in the eastern city of Osijek in 1991
and ordered the Supreme Court to repeat proceedings in which it had
upheld the conviction handed down by the Zagreb County Court.
