ZAGREB, Nov 12
(Hina) - The management of the INA oil and gas
company on Wednesday discussed the strategy of the INA Group and
refining, agreeing a joint position on the company's strategic
guidelines, but the two biggest shareholders and the supervisory board
will be consulted before a final strategy decision is made, INA said
