The cost of the treatment and rehabilitation of Ukrainian soldiers is covered by the ministries of foreign affairs and health.
The Health Ministry declined to make public to which medical institutions the patients would be admitted for reasons of privacy.
The project was announced in early September at a NATO summit in Wales after Ukrainian authorities asked for help in the treatment and rehabilitation of wounded military personnel. Croatia and 11 other NATO member countries have responded to the appeal.
