KARLOVAC, Nov 3
(Hina) - Serb returnee Petar Kunic has signed a
preliminary settlement agreement with the State Office for Housing
Reconstruction as part of the process of foreclosure on his home in
Krnjak in the Karlovac area, but since the Karlovac Municipal Court
has not yet been formally notified of the settlement deal the
foreclosure has not been postponed, including a viewing of his house
scheduled for Monday.
