(Hina) - The "In the Name of the Family" civil
initiative on Wednesday called on citizens, associations, religious
communities and political parties to sign a petition between September
21 and October 5 for a referendum to regulate electoral legislation
more equitably and elect MPs by preferential vote as of the next
parliamentary election.
