(Hina) - The head of Croatian Parliament's Committee
for the Constitution, Pedja Grbin of the Social Democratic Party
(SDP), expressed satisfaction with the Constitutional Court's decision
to declare the referendum question on bilingualism unconstitutional,
saying that by doing so the Constitutional Court had accepted the
Parliament's position.
