VUKOVAR, Aug 13
(Hina) - Vukovar Town Council President Igor Gavric
said on Wednesday that the Constitutional Court's ruling declaring the
referendum question on bilingualism unconstitutional was a victory for
members of the last Town Council from the Croatian Democratic Union
(HDZ) and the Croatian Party of Rights - Ante Starcevic (HSP AS),
adding that the court had definitely confirmed that bilingual signs in
Vukovar had been put there unlawfully.
