ZAGREB, July 15
(Hina) - A parliamentary majority on Tuesday made an
authoritative interpretation of the Police Act, at the government's
motion, without the strongest opposition party, the Croatian
Democratic Union (HDZ), whose MPs walked out, saying this was contrary
to democratic principles.
