ZAGREB, July 3
(Hina) - The Social Democrat Deputy Parliament
Speaker and member of the Committee on Home Affairs, Nenad Stazic, on
Thursday dismissed claims from the opposition HDZ party that the
ruling coalition, by asking the parliament for an authoritative
interpretation of the Police Act, wanted to politically change a court
decision and that this constituted an attack on the constitutional and
legal order and the division of government.
