LJUBLJANA, July 2
(Hina) - A Finnish court of appeal has dismissed a
motion by the Finnish Public Prosecutor for the joinder of cases
relating to the retrial of former executives of the Patria defence
company on suspicion of corruption in concluding a deal with the
Slovenian army and the forthcoming trial of the same executives on
suspicion of bribery in the similar case of procurement of armoured
vehicles for the Croatian army, Slovenian news agency STA said on
Wednesday quoting a statement by the Finnish court.
