ZAGREB, June 10
(Hina) - Croatian lawyers for the Management Board
chair of the Hungarian oil and gas group MOL, Zsolt Hernadi, against
whom a Zagreb court on Monday upheld an indictment for giving bribes
to former Croatian prime minister Ivo Sanader, claim that despite the
prosecution's success, the situation has not changed in the least for
their client.
