ZAGREB, June 6
(Hina) - Two former members of the Anti-terrorist
Police Unit Lucko, Frano Drljo and Bozo Krajina, were acquitted on
Friday pending appeal of the murder of Serb civilians and arson in
Grubori village near Knin following the August 1995 Operation Storm,
but the Zagreb County Court found that the crime could have been
committed only by someone from the elite unit which had a "spotless
reputation" during the war but eventually sank to the level of "Serb
gangs".
