(Hina) - Serb People's Council (SNV) president Milorad
Pupovac announced extraordinary measures on Monday to protect the
rights of returnee Petar Kunic and another 14 Serb families who,
although they own them, must compensate Croats who used and renovated
their houses, which he said confirmed that "courts administer justice
on nationalist criteria."
