SIBENIK, April 15
(Hina) - The Supreme Court has quashed the verdict
which sentenced truck driver Dragan Paravinja to 40 years in prison
for first degree murder and attempted rape of underage girl Antonia
Bilic, said sources at the Sibenik County Court where Paravinja would
stand a new trial.
