ZAGREB, March 21
(Hina) - An appeal that the CEO of the Hungarian
oil and gas group MOL, Zsolt Hernadi, has filed through his Croatian
lawyer against the investigation in the INA-MOL case, citing
substantial violations of criminal law and errors of fact, has been
turned down by the Zagreb County Court, the court's spokesman,
Kresimir Devcic, said on Friday.
