THE HAGUE, April 1
(Hina) - Month-long hearings in Croatia's
genocide lawsuit against Serbia and Serbia's counter-suit before the
International Court of Justice in The Hague ended on Tuesday, with
Croatia calling on the court to establish that Serbia had committed
genocide against Croats during the 1991-1995 war in Croatia and Serbia
insisting that ethnic Serbs in Croatia had been subjected to genocide
during a Croatian military offensive in the summer of 1995.
