THE HAGUE, March 3
(Hina) - Croatia's legal representative in the
country's genocide lawsuit against Serbia, Vesna Crnic-Grotic, told
judges of the International Court of Justice (ICJ) on Monday that the
ICJ was the only court that could establish that crimes committed
during the 1991-1995 war in Croatia constituted genocide.
