THE HAGUE, March 4
(Hina) - Geoffrey Nice, who was a prosecutor in
the trial of Serbian President Slobodan Milosevic at the International
Criminal Tribunal for the former Yugoslavia (ICTY), said in The Hague
on Tuesday that the trial in Croatia's genocide lawsuit against Serbia
was not a continuation of the Milosevic trial but that it would have
an impact on how developments in the former Yugoslavia in the 1990s
were viewed.
