THE HAGUE, March 3
(Hina) - Public hearings in the case of Croatia's
genocide lawsuit against Serbia and Serbia's counter-suit commenced
before the International Court of Justice (ICJ) in The Hague on Monday
morning with ICJ President Peter Tomka recalling the chronology of the
proceedings in his introducing speech.
