PODGORICA, March 3
(Hina) - Thirteen Croatian citizens, who were
detained in the Morinj concentration camp near the coastal Montenegrin
city of Kotor in the summer of 1992, have won a case against
Montenegro in which they sought damages for intimidation and mental
distress, and Podgorica now has to pay them 319,000 euros, the
Podgorica-based DAN daily reported on Monday.
