LJUBLJANA, Jan 22
(Hina) - The ruling of the Zagreb municipal court
in favour of the plaintiffs -- Privredna Banka Zagreb (PBZ) and
Zagrebacka Banka (ZABA) -- against Slovenia's Ljubljanska Banka (LB)
over Croatian clients' transferred savings is proof that the Mokrice
Memorandum, signed by the Slovenian and Croatian premiers, is badly
worded and that there is "a poor chemistry" between the foreign
ministers of the two countries, Karl Erjavec of Slovenia and Vesna
Pusic of Croatia, the Slovenian press reported on Wednesday.
